Tool's #55400 and #55401 are a one (1) piece assembly.
Tool's #55407, #55408, #55416 are a two (2) piece set.
For the one-piece assembly, to cut tongues, sandwich one bearing between the two cutters (as in drawing A).
To cut slots, mount one cutter between the two bearings (as in drawing B).
