If for any reason within 6 months the purchase date you are not satisfied, follow the steps listed below:
- To notify us of the product you are returning, either call us on our toll-free line at 1-888-699-3939 or e-mail us at email@example.com. Please have your order number ready.
- We will give you a return authorization number. (This number MUST be on the outside of the box for us to accept the return).
You will receive credit for 100% of your purchase or you can exchange it for another item. You will have a choice of a full refund or even exchange. If item returned is deemed defective, shipping is on us for returning the package and shipping you a new one.
However, non-defective orders that qualified for our free shipping offer and are returned in full, may be charged the original shipping cost.
Effective 12-7-10 we have amended our return policy to 6 months.
