  Introducing the Fully-Adjustable Router Jig, a versatile tool designed to accommodate all hinge sizes, positions, and door heights, making it ideal for both new and replacement installations. With its modular rail construction, this jig can be adjusted from 2'6" to 9', covering all standard door sizes, including 6’6”, 6’8”, 7’0”, 8’0”, and 9’0”. The innovative twin-rail system offers unlimited hinge positions, allowing for quick and precise recessing of square and radius (⅝" & ¼") hinges in timber doors and frames. Its radius hinge compatibility ensures fast and accurate installation of square, ¼" radius, or ⅝" radius hinge profiles. The jig features a ⅛” (3.0mm) steel end plate for minimal adjustment and a 1” (25mm) rail depth for use against fixed door stops. Secure the jig with included bradawls for speed or no.6 woodscrews for maximum stability. The tough carry bag stores pre-built jig sections, reducing assembly time. Adjustable edge guides accommodate 1" to 2½" hinges with preset positions or custom widths for non-standard hinges. The adjustable quick-release aperture blocks feature Trend's tool-free, patented thumb-turn locking mechanism for fast, accurate hinge positioning, making this jig an essential tool for any professional or DIY enthusiast.
