Andy Glass from Glass Impressions engraves into solid wood using Amana Tool® 60° CNC V-Groove, Miter Fold & Sign making Router Bit with Solid Carbide Insert Knives.
This freshly cut and finished American Flag requires Andy’s signature engraving on the back. The flag is made from White Maple, Dark Walnut and Paduk on the Shopbot PRS Alpha 5 x 8' CNC machine.
CNC V Groove, Miter Fold & Sign making Router Bits provide unique grinding angles to eliminate build up at the V point. The innovative CNC tool design uses a high grade solid carbide insert knife.
