Our new shop needed some wall art so I decided to cut something up on our CNC machine! I used our new Amana Tool® 90° V-Groove Solid Carbide Insert Knife no. RC-1102 and 1/4" Dia. CNC Compression Router Bit no. 46170-K from ToolsToday to engrave and cut my new sign.

Olie from Olie’s Wood Shop makes the cuts on her ShopSabre PRO408 CNC machine and finishes the sign using Oide's Oil for a extraordinary finish and stabilizer.

CNC V Groove, Miter Fold & Sign making Router Bits provide unique grinding angles to eliminate build up at the V point. The innovative CNC tool design uses a high grade solid carbide insert knife. Spektra-Coated Compression Spiral Router Bits utilize a micro-thin ceramic coating which enables the tool's cutting edge to retain crucial sharpness and lubricity. This provides longevity and produces cutting results of the highest quality.
