Watch as we use Plywood, Aluminum Laminate and Green Formica® laminate to create this LED sign using Amana Tool® CNC Router Bits.
Expert CNC Machinist Troy from IG @digital_processes creates and renders his artwork in Rhino 5.0 for modeling and Vetric for CAM/toolpaths. He glues up his aluminate laminate and Formica laminate to 3/4” thick plywood to prepare for CNC cutting on his ShopSabre 4896 4' x 8' CNC machine.
