Watch as we create this plywood planter flowerpot, designed by Jordan Voukanski, from 1/2" Birch Plywood using Amana Tool Industrial Solid Carbide CNC 1/8" Dia. Compression Spiral Router Bit #46180 and Carbide Tipped 90° ‘V’ Groove CNC Router Bit #45751.

With the feed rate set at 120 IPM and the speed rate at 18,000 RPM (for both tools), the CNC compression spiral router bit cuts crisp, clean tree-like patterns from the 1/2" thick plywood. We then use the 'V' Groove bit to create the 90° cuts on all sides so each piece fits uniformly within each other. Glue is used to secure the Flowerpot together.
