Watch as we create the Paulk Homes Work Bench using Amana Tool®'s general purpose saw blade and industrial line of CNC tools.
We begin by cutting the 1/2" thick Birch Plywood down to size with Amana's Prestige™ Series, 10" x 40 tooth carbide tipped General Purpose Electro-Blu™ Coated saw blade #PR1040C which stays sharper, for longer, in solid wood, plywood, MDF and chipboard.
Next we use Amana's carbide tipped 90º V-Groove CNC router bit #45751 to cut 45° edges for the parts of the fence.
Amana's 1/4" diameter solid carbide Compression Spiral router bit fiercely cuts through the plywood to create various shapes and holes in the Work Bench.
We then used Amana's 1/4" radius carbide tipped Round Over router bit #49700 to round over the side openings for a refined appearance.
Assembly is finalized with a process of glue, nails and straps. A nice feature of this Workbench is that the top can be taken off for ease of moving and storage.
10" x 40 Tooth Prestige™ Series General Purpose Electro-Blu™ Coated Saw Blade #PR1040C
The Electro-Blu™ coating is a micron-thin translucent coating on the entire blade to help optimize performance, prevent corrosion and resin build-up.
