How to make a Router Table Finger Hold Jig for Cutting Boards on the Stepcraft M.1000 CNC machine using Amana Tool® solid carbide and carbide tipped industrial router bits.

I first applied Oramask 813 then carved through it. The solid carbide 60 degree V-groove bit did a great job cutting the masking leaving perfectly clean cuts! I then painted it using General Finishes Lamp Black milk paint, the weeding tool helped with removing the mask after it was done. Item links below.

This jig worked incredibly well and will easily let you adjust for different size finger holds for repeatability and accuracy!
