Today I'm making a Holiday LED sign on the Shapeoko 4 CNC machine using Amana Tool® industrial Router Bits.

Amana Tool MR0110 Miniature 3/32 R Corner Rounding with 3/16 D Ball Bearing x 3/8 D x 3/8 CH x 1/4 Inch SHK Carbide Tipped Router Bit
I cut all of the tabs free using the Fein AMM300 MultiMaster multi-tool, available on our website, and flush trimmed them at the router table using the no. 51436 plastic cutting flush trim bit and rounded over using the MR0110 Mini 3/16" diameter
