Making a crayon art sign for Matt’s daughter using Amana Tool®’s Solid Carbide Spektra™ Extreme Tool Life Coated Down-Cut CNC Router Bits and Miniature 3/32” Radius Corner Rounding Router Bit.

The CNC bits left a clean top surface that will require no sanding at all which is exactly what you want from a down-cut bit. CNC machine used was the Axiom Precision AR8 Basic 24"x48" CNC, available on our website. The corners of the table were rounded on the Saw Stop router table. ToolsToday provided product.

Feed Rate (IPM): 90
Speed (RPM): 18,000
Chip Load (Per Tooth): 0.005"
Ramp Down: 45 IPM

Miniature 3/32” Radius Corner Round with Mini 3/16” Dia. Ball Bearing Router Bit No. MR0110
