CNC Project: Building a Drill Storage Charging Station

Andy Glass from Glass Impression builds this Drill Storage Charging Station from 11-ply birch plywood using Amana Tool® solid carbide CNC router bits, boring bits and carbide tipped flush trim router bits

The Drill Storage Charging Station began with 3D modeling in Google Sketchup then moving the vectors into Vectric Vcarve Pro. Here we could nest the parts using the ShopBot PRSalpha CNC System on our material and then apply the tool paths needed to fully machine the parts out. Once machined we flush trimmed and assembled for mounting our Drill Storage Charging Station on the wall.
