Return Policy

If for any reason within 6 months the purchase date you are not satisfied, follow the steps listed below:

To request an RMA please log in to your account to visit the My Returns section and complete the requested information pertaining to your order.
If you are a guest customer, please contact us at 1-718-554-7007 or email us with your return information including the order number, items being returned, quantity of each item being returned along with the return reason.
Upon authorizing your return, you will receive an email with instructions.
You will be receiving a return authorization number. (This number MUST be on the outside of the box for us to accept the return).

You will receive credit for 100% of your purchase or you can exchange it for another item. You will have a choice of a full refund or even exchange. If item returned is deemed defective, shipping is on us for returning the package and shipping you a new one.

However, non-defective orders that qualified for our free shipping offer and are returned in full, may be charged the original shipping cost.

Power tools and direct ship items require authorization on all returns. Once the authorization is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return merchandise.
Please note, Manufacturer’s warranty supersedes any offer from Toolstoday.

Customer will be responsible for shipping costs and restocking fees based on the price of the merchandise being returned.

Direct Ship Returns
