The only recommendation I would make to the website is that the checkout link within the "my basket" is lost within all the other graphics and could be made much clearer.

I have looked and looked for a router bit to cut the hole for my hinges. Since I didn't have any idea of what I was looking for, I appreciate the description, size information and the picture showing the cut. I was able to determine what I needed based on the information, description and picture.

Should offer USPS Priority Mail as an option to keep costs down. It seems outrageous that to order a drill bit and a router bit I would have to pay $11 in shipping. I will go another place next time if shipping is not more reasonable.

Bit confusing for me trying to choose the drawing line bit. I wanted to end up with a 1/4 bead but couldn't decide if R1 was the radius or diameter of the bead. Choosing the edge beading bit was much easier.

So far has been a good experience, hope the product can match that, if so I would be very pleased indeed.

Fast And Easy

This was not my first dealing with Tools Today. I have made a number of purchases about 2-3 yrs ago. I like the attention you give to your orders, however I am somewhat unhappy when you state that my order qualifies for free shipping only to find out that does not include me, who lives 2 km from the border.

All good but shipping is bloody expensive.

Was to get 10% as 1st time buyer but system never asked for the code so did not get discount.
