The site was fine and the ordering was quick. It was a little confusing as to when to enter the discount "Welcome10" so I had to go back and enter it as the coupon number. Then I had to go back through checkout and re enter my credit card info, but not my shipping info. It was just a minor hassle, not a big deal.

Totally recommended. It's the first time I purchase anything in toolstoday.com and I repeat for sure. This website is really clear and you could find all you're looking for in few seconds/minutes.

This was the only place I was able to find the particular bit sizes I was looking for.

Just a shame the part I need has to be shipped so far. Toolstoday will stay on my list of preferred sellers.

I like the site overall, but would like to see a greater variety of tools. Sometimes there is not enough detailed information on certain products.

We ordered a router bit but it broke the first time we used it so we are retruning it. The quality was too low so we will have to order another one somewhere else unless you have a higher quality bit. We felt the price was reasonable but not the quality.

My shipping was free due to the amount of money I spent. Which is great however I wish it would get here sooner then later. I found the site very easy to use and it was headache free which is huge. There is nothing more aggravating then spending an hour on something like this and then when you go to check out it turns into a nightmare. You system was a real BREEZE. you should send your secerats to all of the boobs out there.

7-1/4" nail cutting saw blade is great. I wish Toolstoday carried similar 5-1/2" blades.

I found this site to be easy to navigate with lots of options and lots of information, for a novice like me, all the information regarding the tools was easily followed and understood..

Everything seems good, my only concern is that there was nowhere to enter the name of the state I live in. The post code (zip) should take care of that but it is just a bit of a concern seeing the final postal details with no state. It was great to see a $14 shipping option. There were two asterisks' next to that shipping option and I couldn't see the footnote related to them so that is a bit of a worry because I don't know what conditions are imposed on that shipping option, but I still chose to go ahead with the order so I'm hoping it's not anything of great concern. Assuming the item turns up before too long, I'm pretty sure I'll be shopping here again and I'd recommend tools today.com to friends.

Site is very clear and user-friendly. I was annoyed by the offer of a 10% first-time purchaser discount, with no place to enter the Welcome 10 code. The "coupon" box rejected the code. If it's not going to be available, you would keep new customers happier by not offering it.

As with most Alaskans, I feel we should get the free shipping option because the postal rates are the same for us as for the rest of the 48 states. If not free, perhaps reduced?

Love the descriptions on each page saying what the bit is recommended for. Very helpful. Would be good to know what a double-bearing flush trim bit is though.

I couldn't enter my Postal-code in ZIP-code box because Japanese postal-code isn't 5 digits like a Zip-code but 7 digits (example;135-0044).

The order was easy to do.

While the pictures and measurements of the routers needed to make windows were excellent, the exact function of each component was not clear so you do not know if you need one or three components to make windows of 1 1/8" wood. Since I am using the mortise and tennon technique I ordered all three. The shift from information to ordering is cluttered and requires remembering the item numbers rather than marking them as you go along..

I am a first time user & you stack up pretty well so far.

The experience was good. I found a very unique cutter head with a profile I couldn’t find anywhere else. The only problem I had happen when I added the needed item in the “ready to buy?” column, I could not see the shopping cart; it was hard to notice “Your shopping card” window in the upper right corner of the page. After a couple of attempts I finally scrolled up and noticed the “your shopping cart” window. I think to improve the experience it is better to place the window next to the table of items, and remove some clutter from the page. Thank you.
