This is the first on-line tools purchase I have made. It is a birthday present for my husband. We live in Alaska and many of the tools he sees in catalogs are not easily found here. Very satisfied with my dealings with Toolstoday except for 1 area. They processed 1 charge to my debit card for the order amount less shipping when I placed the order. Then they processed a 2nd charge for the full amount (incl shipping) when they finalized the order. Both charges stayed on my statement for a full week tying up some of my funds. My only disappointment was that you do not seem to carry a 5 mm straight shank router bit. I had to settle for 13/64". If you do stock a 5 mm bit the item did not surface on the website as I was trying to locate it. Timber West

One V tip (RCK-362) was either defective or broke on the first pass of engraving @ feed of 15 and .005" deep. Grove bottom seemed wider then .02” , very fussy cut at 1200 rpm. The other V tip did good. (RCK-392). Mantecka
