Carbide tipped double edge folding 'V’ groove & rectangular groove (for thicker walls) industrial router bits for shaping aluminum composite material (ACM) such as Alucobond®, Dibond® and other brands alike.
Designed for cutting aluminum/plastic sandwich materials such as Alucobond®, Dibond®, e-panel™, Etalbond®, phenolics, natural woods, plastics, acrylics and aluminum/clay/zinc/wood composite panels with 90°, 108°, 135° angles (with flat bottoms) and rectangular grooves.
Widely used as cladding for many diverse applications such as interior and exterior office buildings, hospitals, convention centers, airports and hotels. Routing V-shaped grooves, whereby the aluminum cover and a part of the polyethylene core is removed, allows folding the remaining material by hand.
Industrial quality carbide tipped Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) panel router bits, also known Dibond® composite router bits, Alucobond® composite router bits, Rectangular Groove router bits (for thicker walls), V folding Alucobond® router bits and V folding Dibond® router bits are very strong despite their overall lightweight and may be ordered any color or designed with patterns that imitate other materials, such as wood and marble, making them very popular.
