Louisiana Tech University® Uses In-Groove™ CNC Insert Engraving System
Professors and students created beautiful half tone art, engraved ceilings and engraved "Hopper Tables" using In-Groove™ insert engraving system #RC-1075 tool body along with v-tip insert knives #RCK-360 & #RCK-362 as well as core box insert knife #RCK-426.
 

Industrial quality insert knives last as least twice as long as comparable solid carbide bits. Insert engraving system is engineered to quickly interchange inserts while mounted in CNC machines eliminating down-time and maintaining excellent cutting accuracy.

In-Groove insert knives produce crisp, clean cuts in these materials:
Laminates, veneers, MDF, plastics, wood, solid surface, chipboard, PCB boards, carbon fiber. The V-Tip inserts will engrave aluminum, brass & copper.

Insert knives can also be used in Pantograph machines such as Milescraft® brand. (Except RCK-360, RCK-361, RCK-380 and RCK-381)
