For optimal results and to extend tool life please use mist lubricant system or air cooling. Please inspect cut and adjust accordingly.

reduce RPM & Feed Rates (IPM) by 30-50% to prevent tool breakage due to extremely small diameter (D). These bits are high finish (not mirror finish due to small diameter).
For aluminum cutting please lubricate.
The recommended feed rate for Aluminum is 3 M/min or 120 inch/min at 18,000 RPM.
