Insert Raised Panel Cutterhead

Each cutterhead features lightweight aluminum alloy construction with precision ground, micrograin carbide knives. It also features a unique and positive locking system to hold the knives, which ensures exact indexing, less down-time and more production. This head has three different carbide knife profiles available. The standard cutterhead is furnished with traditional knives. A regular slotted screwdriver is all that is required to change the knives. To achieve the Ogee or Cove profiles order tool no. 61260 and the desired knives separately. Knives have two cutting edges each.
