Shaper Head for Rosette Cutter System

3-3/4" diameter shaper cutterhead with a 1" bore

Rosette Cutter is designed to be used with a HEAVY DUTY drill press, milling machine or lathe. Do not attempt to use in a light drill press. Suggested inititial speed is 800RPM with a slow feed rate. Increase RPM if tool is cutting too slowly. Conversely, if burning occurs, decrease RPM. Rosette Cutter works well in softwoods, hardwoods, MDF and solid surface materials such as Corian®, Gibraltar®, Surell®, etc.

Fifteen different standard knife profiles to choose from along with three sizes of blank knives. Two knives are required to use the Rosette System.
